Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

We want you to love your purchase from Wind and Flower Co.  If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in original packaging.
  • Please do not open tile sets or remove the shrink wrap unless you are planning to keep them.  Once opened, sets are final sale.

2. Exclusions

  • Personalized / custom items are final sale.
  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges and Damaged Items

  • Exchanges are offered if stock is available and item being exchanged has been unopened and in its original packaging.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
